XFX ATI 5770 FPS Issues

I searched a bit and saw that for MW2, the 5770's highest FPS was about 79 FPS --- where did you see 100+ framerates for this game running on a 5770?

i was just going to send it back where i bought it from as i got a 28day money back guarantee and its only 2 and a half weeks old and get my money back as i really dont like ati i much prefer Nvidia

I saw it on a youtube vid and only dif was the guy on there was on an i7 but that wont effect it to much considering it was at a much higher res.
