Oh dear god, the size of that fan, orgasmic. They badboy should stay cool, I'd buy it if you are safe feeling with rebates.
Just read the rebate form and follow the directions and watch the cutoff dates. Make copies of all paper work. Only had 1 rebate problem in 10 years and I hardly ever buy anything at full price.

Nobody said rebates are fast. Most state 8 weeks to get rebate after they are approved. Have you heard from them? Has it been approved? Most have a web site to check the status.

I too am kinda looking for a new GFX card. I've heard/read some driver issues with 57xx series, GSoD and wonky Aero support...any of this true?

I've kinda narrowed it down to 4770 or GT240, but willing to look into a 5750 or GTS250

Oh yeah, I apologize for not specifying my specs in the first place. I'm working on it right now, and I'll edit this post when I'm done.

Still could use a very important piece of hardware often overlooked when looking for new video card and that's your power supply. You need to make sure it meets or better yet exceeds the minimum requirements for the card you choose. Fabe

Lies. I am using reverse psychology. They will mail me it because I no longer want it. Oldest trick in the book

I thought this was a thread on helping the Op find a video card? As far a rebates go I normally never take them into consideration when buying. especially rebates from third party rebate companies. Now if it is from the manufacturer that's different. Otherwise you have to stay on top of these other companies and wait forever to get yours, if ever. Fabe
