    My resolution is incorrect

Hi, I just upgraded to Windows 7 and when I had Vista my resolution was 1280 by 800 and now it only lets me go up to 1024 by 768. I think i might have the wrong graphics card installed.
    Specs: Toshiba Laptop Satellite A215-S5837
Processor: AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile Technology 2.00 GHz
    RAM: 2.00 GB
    System Type: 32-bit Operating System
Graphics Card: VGA Graphics Adapter (This was not the same one as when I has Vista because I remember Its said something like ATI Radeon with numbers after it.
I tried going to go to the Toshiba website and get the drivers but it didn't work.
Sorry if this was posted in the wrong place and sorry for not being a computer wiz and thanks in advance!

Welcome to sSeven Forums you will need to install the proper driver for your graphics card in order for it to be able to utilize the full range of resolutions. Fabe
Honestly, don't bother posting garbage like this. If you can take the time to post this, give a link to the driver the OP needs.

Well I was in the middle of editing it but you saw a chance to flame me. So flame on . Not to mention on the Toshiba site it says he has an intle display adapter, So I was searching for the reason why it showed this when he claimed he had an ATI. I obviously didn't get it done fast enough for you to take a poke at me. Fabe http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/t...ily=1073768663 You can type sys info in the search box>click on system information>expand components>click on display and it should show you the exact model # of your graphics card.

It only shows that when you have the correct driver installed.
