Clone Monitor problem (not what you think!)

    Windows 7 64 bit.

I used my laptop with a second monitor and cloned the display. After I was done, I unplugged it and went about my merry way. Now, I cannot unconnect the new display, and being that it was at resolution 1920xgodknowswhat (1600?), it keeps making the start up, shutdown and games all in weird resolutions. (Mostly ending up in really tiny displays and resolutions). The Multiple displays pulldown reselects itself to "clone monitor" during each shutdown.

    Help?

Hello sicariusdracus, welcome to Seven Forums.

Have a look at the tutorial at the link below to see if the un-used monitor shows up and can be uninstalled, I don't know if it'll work or not but it's worth a look; be sure to post back to keep us informed.
