I know this would be a lot of work, but do you have another computer to install this card into to see if the card and drivers would work in the other computer?

Also, I'm surprised I hadn't seen this in any other posting, but when you uninstalled the drivers, did you also run Driver Sweeper to rid your system of all of the registry entries left by the previous driver installation?

(I had a problem not too long ago where, somehow, my cards were not detected properly. I have a Radeon 5770 and 5750 in CrossFire. So, one day I had a blue screen upon entering sleep mode. After rebooting, Windows and the ATi drivers detected my primary card, the 5770, as the 5750. I uninstalled the drivers and downloaded and installed a newer version. Same result--my cards were still not detected properly. Only after uninstalling the drivers and running Driver Sweeper, then installing the drivers were the cards detected right.)

Also make sure that the extra power connector for your card is connected. Take card out and reset it in the slot.

Welcome to Seven Forums could we please get you to fill in your complete system specs including what bit your Windows 7 is. This will help now and further down the line. I'm thinking at this point borrowing A card to test in your system would go along way to determine if it is hardware related.
You can also check the card to see if any of the caps are bulged or leaking when it's out. but knowing what piece of hardware will also help. Go to user CP top of page scroll down to edit system specs and fill all them in. Also here is a program to help determine your system specs |MG| HWiNFO32 3.51 Download Thanks. Fabe

Still doesn't work. Ah I give up. There is no normal way of fixing it. Two options: delete everything or new video card.
edit: Yep everything worked fine after I replaced the videocard. It was a hardware problem afterall. Thanks for the help guys.
