    Multi-Monitor on a laptop

    Hello,
I am trying to use my laptop in addition to 2 extra monitors all at the same time (extended desktop) ive got two 17" Monitors (one stand alone and one that is the laptop monitor) and one 36" Dynex Tv. I would like to have it set up with the big monitor being the main and the center and the 17" on either side of it. In trying to do this i have run into a problem.

Cause this is a laptop, it has a built in video card. So i use the DVI connection for the 17" monitor and an HDMI for the TV monitor. The problem i have is that idk how to enable both the DVI and the HDMI outputs at the same time. if i have the hdmi hooked up, both the laptop and the tv work, but then when i plug in the dvi, the tv turns off and the 17" turns on. Anyone know of a solution for this? feel free to ask for clarification if i wasn't clear. Thanks ahead of time.

You need to use one of these,
EVGA | USB Devices | EVGA UV Plus+

Your DVI and HDMI ports on your laptop are shared. They are basically the same port with 2 different connectors which is why you can't use both at the same time.
