Did you get the Feb. 2010 redist that updates all versions of DX?

The DX install will seem instantaneous if you're installing the same, (or older) version that's already on there. DX checks and says.... don't bother, poof!

I just re-ran the Feb. installer. The last time I ran it was after replacing my video card, just a few months ago. It took a bit to detect, and it replaced a few files along the way... roughly 20 seconds.

I then re-ran the setup, but it was not instantaneous. It did not see that I had just now installed all the files it needed. It installed the files anyway. Again, another 20 seconds.
