You did see it will draw 251 watts at full load when it was tested. If you are planning to game you can consider that you will probably be at full load during the game. You have to consider the other power requirements your system will be running like your hard drive, motherboard, disk drive, USB ports, sound etc.
Yeah I know that, but thanks anyway :) do you think my system would run Crysis, if i were to get a Raedon HD 4850 and upgrade to 4GB RAM?
What settings are there? Ive never really had experience with settings for a graphics card before. Will I be able to run it with lower settings?

Those are the system requirements for Crysis. Looks like you could run it on minumum settings, but not much more.

That 4850 will run Crysis and pretty much any current game well, just not with all the maximum available bells and whistles.
Your mileage will vary based on other components as well.
The recommended said 8800GTS, that's my old card, and 4850 is as good as that, IMHO.
