I guess you fail at life in general. My comments have all been on topic, as to let people know this issue does not exist on one platform. You are ignorant and should educate yourself before posting.

The processor I have is an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+, socket 939. nForce3 was not initially produced to handle dual core processors, but a BIOS upgrade allowed for dual core processors to operate on the chipset. I suggest you refrain from offering advice.

If I can find a solution, then I might be able to find a solution for the OP. So, go aways.

I'm not following how your post helps as this board is a Intel LG775 Socket motherboard with an Intel Chipset. PS I thought the "FAIL" was funny sorry if it got you hot under the caller, its just the internet nothing personal.

I had the same issue on an Acer with ATI graphics. At first I though maybe I had the wrong driver. So I went back to ATI re-downloaded the "Correct" driver (I think it was the same) installed that and just like you nothing. For some reason 7 would not load the driver thus the control panel would not load either. I was running 7 RC I beleive the card was an integraded radeon x1250. I tried the Vista drivers as well. I even went as fare as to try and manully install the drivers and nothing. So it sounds like your not alone.

Did you check device manager for any hidden devices?

Yeah, I am going to work on drivers that will work for people with these problems. I cannot promise anything, but I refuse to wait on NVidia, ATI, and Microsoft to correct these problems. We will see how it all turns out.
