Cpu's don't support graphics cards; however, motherboards do, and yes, either one of those two will work just fine with the board.

Go as high as you can.
    Thanks a lot man!

Both mid -range cards (the 5670 is faster than the 4670), and both are much better than the G210. And yes they are fair gaming cards, depending on the game. For something like CSS either one should be more than enough for a mix of medium to high settings.

could you suggest a good GPU in order to achieve high settings on css?!:)

Actually it's my friends pc and i am trying to find a good GPU in order to play css better...
    So his CPU is: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00GHz
his GPU is: NVIDIA GeForce 7050/NVIDIA nForce 610i (512 MB)
    his motherboard is: Gigabyte GA-73VM-S2
    RAM: 893 MB
First thing I would be looking at is adding at least another GB of ram, 1 GB isn't enough for much of anything anymore.

Also before recommending a new card, what is the make and model of the power supply in his computer?

Edit: Forgot to ask, is the ram in his computer 2x512 MB or a single 1 GB stick?

In your case, more memory will make a major improvement in game performance, much more so for the money you can spend than any available graphics card or CPU.
