    ati 4550 s-video out problem

the card has a tv out connecter and adapter for a rca cable. so i hook it up to my tv and it will detect the monitor. when try to turn on the display for the tv (duplicating the tv with one of my other monitors) and i try to apply it, it will not let me save the settings.
So then i try it in the Catalyst control center and it shows the tv display is deactivated but when i try to right click it nothing happens and i cannot drag it into the display area.
i have the windows 7 drivers downloading right now but i was wondering if anyone had a solution to my problem or think the drivers will fix it?
    Thanks
    (build 7100 btw)

Not sure what you mean here.

If you have 2 monitors already and are trying to use your tv as well all at the same time, that is not possible I think. The second DVI (or VGA) port shares output with the video out.

In other words, if you have a 2nd monitor and remove it, then the tv should work.

It may be possible to also enable your onboard graphics alongside the ATI card. Then you could attach the 2nd monitor to that, freeing up the Video Out port for the tv, on the card.
