    Regarding performance or heat/power draw?

    nVIDIA has a poor mobile GPU reputation. I would avoid anything from them.

    As someone who got burned (not literally, experience wise) by a laptop with an nVidia card, I'd tell you to steer clear of it and get the ATI.
