    Bluetooth software license file not found


    I'm using windows 7 ultimate with a dell inspiron laptop 1564 , I've run a regitry cleaner then I find this message at startup Bluetooth software license file not found [2]
    I made a restore for the computer but no result . Please help

    This is why you shouldn't use registry cleaners. Most, if not all, will remove more entries then they are supposed to. You don't need to bother with them. Windows is not slowed down by old entries and each one takes up maybe half of a kilobyte. I would remove the bluetooth software, then reinstall it. That will more than likely solve your problem, and don't use that registry cleaner again.

    I've used this site to update the software Broadcom.com - Bluetooth Software Download but I've receive a message : this program cannot upgrate your software .

    Go to control panel > programs and features. Find the blue tooth software. Right click it and choose uninstall.

    Yes , I know but I wanted to keep it because sometimes you lose the original program & the new download make the problem worst

    That happens maybe 1 in 10,000 times. YOu need to uninstall the old version first or learn to live with the error messages.

    Thanks a lot , I've download the bluetooth software from the dell website , I've run the dell application , It uninstalled the previous version and installed the new one & IT SOLVED THE PROBLEM

    I'm happy to hear that. Also, i'm sorry if I sounded rude earlier today. I had just woken up. Remember, that registry cleaner isn't necessary, so just let Windows 7 take care of itself.
