Hi, when i turn my pc on and try to load windows normally it freezes, when "windows loading" screen appears and then restarts the computer, its almost the same if i try to repair the system or load my windows disk for reinstallation, the only difference is that then it only freezes, doesnt restart automaticly. It have been like this for a couple of days, can you please help?
1. Help us out and us Speccy to gather info about your system which you can use to update "System Specs"
2. During one of the times that it does not freeze, then
WIN key | type CMD.EXE | do NOT hit the enter key |
Right-click on CMD.EXE in the list that appears |
choose Run as Administrator |
type SFC /SCANNOW and hit ENTER
After SFC (system file checker) finishes, type EXIT
WIN key is the one with the wavy flag on it.
3. During one of the times that it does not freeze, then make yourself a System Repair Disc. Boot from the System Repair Disc and perform a system repair.
