    Need New (inexpensive) motherboard

I am in need of replacing my motherboard soon

    i have a Micro Star MS 7312

    i want to re-use my AMD 64 +2? 4000+and corsair CM2X1024-5400 C4 675 MHz DDR2 memory and my Model WDC WD5000AAKS-00A7B0
    HDD
my MB has 1 agp slot and my vid card is not supported by win XP 64 pro

What i need is a board w/on board sound, real good vid (hdmi out put), and can use my power supply 550 watts , and can handle a good/great mouse and ,pci express slot if the vid is not very good

Remember my idea of good/great is not to make a super computer, just good enough to play Diablo II fast enough to keep up with the other players :)

and it needs to be real inexpensive!!

now if you know of one and where i can order it please let me know

The one Doc linked to would do nicely, or any AMD 780G or 785G based board that supports DDR2. The only real difference between the 780G and 785G is the addition of DDR3 support for most of the 785G boards, and the HD4200 on the 785G is just a slightly updated version of the HD3200 on the 780G (biggest difference between the two is DirectX 10 to DirectX 10.1). In any case all of them will have one PCI-E x16 slot on them, so adding a video card is easy if you find the onboard lacking.
