Well you solved your own registry problem once that was removed!
You may now want to manually create a few restore points to have onhand anyways. Generally those are created automatically once anything new is installed like an update while apparently not for the blue tooth addon.
I have this same problem. What registry entry did you change?

I doubt the OP will reply back here on what value was found for the bluetooth device he had added since this thread is 2yrs. old now. You can however review the guide I posted in Post #9 seen at How to remove the Safely Remove Hardware Icon
That goes into detail on the Safely Remove icon's reg value as far as how to disable and you can reverse it later to re-enable to see it that will help. If you added a bluetooth device yourself and are running into this you will need to find out what that is. Unfortunately I don't have on one on pc here for a reference at the present time.
The one place you can look however is based on information from the MS Hardware Developers site for Bluettoth Registry Entries to see if that will help since it would be in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE branch to start with. As with any registry entry changes be sure to manually create a System Restore point before proceeding there however in case of any "UT OHs!"

Unfortunately, the "how to remove the safely remove hardware icon" page didn't help. I do not have the registry location "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\nvatabus".
