So I just got a new modem and I cannot use my printer anymore.
Just like before I have the blue network cable going from printer to modem.
When I search to find the printer... it cannot be found
Please help

I think I am having some kind of IP problem but I can't fix it
1. Update driver's from manufactures websites
then reboot to see if all driver's are found.
2. Go into Device Manager and see if there are any yellow yield signs showing and then post back to us.
There are no yellow yeild signs.
I can't update the printer driver b/c I can't find the printer
I included these screens. My printer IP Address is 192.168.2.30
The gateway address on my printer is listed as 192.168.2.1
Unplug your printer and reboot, then add your printer it should find it and work ok.
Post back and let us know.
Ok so now the printer appears visable.
Only problem is when I try to print The yellow yeild sign appears in printer and devices/
Status- Error Printing
You may have a lot of printing in stand by.
Go into Control panel/Device and Printers/make sure you have selected correct printer as default, double click on your printer and look at 3 options.
See what's printing,customize printer, and adjust print options.
Then get back to us.
ARGHHH..
Now it is offline again
