Corrupted and Missing files in HDD (Solved)

So.... Windows decides to tell me that my files can't be opened because they are corrupted so I have to run CHKDSK.... then more files become corrupted so I have to run CHKDSK again....... then whenever I boot up CHKDSK runs.... now the problem becomes I can't even access the drive.... so I take apart my PC and run the hdd off a sata-usb connector and managed to open up the drive in safe mode.... The only problem is that some of my files are missing and some are corrupted, so basically I'm moving files over to another drive, anyway to recover the lost files?

Also, Win7 is installed on a separate ssd...
(1 80gb ssd, 1 1tb hdd, 2 320gb hhd)
The 1tb hdd is the one that is corrupted... zzzz....

They are all NTFS

Edit:
When I'm copying, I end up with this error...
"Can't read from the source file or disk."

Click on Edit System Spec
You can copy and paste from the output of Speccy, Speccy - System Information - Free Download to fill out much of the info. Be sure to use the Other Info section of your System Specs for such info as your optical drive, your wireless adapter, your speakers, etc.

Who is the manufacturer of the bad disk?
Is the bad disk still in warranty?
Does the bad disk run quietly?
Download SpeedFan and let us know what temp is reported for this bad drive.
Be sure to keep your computer temps reasonable. Once again, SpeedFan will help you know what your temps are. Don't worry about all the fan control available with SpeedFan. All you need right now is knowledge of your temps.

SpeedFan SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer
monitors voltages, fan speeds and temperatures, shows hard disk temperatures, shows cpu temperatures, supports SCSI, can change fan speeds

------
WD
Don't believe so
Yes
Temp: Currently unknown...

I'll try booting up again, maybe it'll run...

Edit:
So... everything runs, but can't pick up my bad disk, the only way it can be accessed is through safe mode

The thought just occurred to me that the hitachi test won't work since I'm running the bad disc off a sata-usb adapter right now.... also explains why it wasn't detected in the scans

Btw, seagate disc wizard won't run, I don't have a seagate drive...

ShadePopping,
And is there any reason why you can not disconnect, just temporarily, one of your sata drives that does work, and connect the WD instead?

This would enable you to test the disk.

The only reason I had to disconnect the disk in the first place was because CHKDSK kept running and then whenever the disk was accessed by anything, explorer would lock up along with any programs that was using it.... which is why I'm running it off a usb now

Edit
Need to go for a bit so I'll let recuva run...
