    Printer not working

Hi guys, I got HP C3180 All in one printer that used to work on Win xp and it also works with mac. But now I got Win 7 ultimate 32bit and it just wont work! He reaches the paper, prepares to print, then nothing! After 5 minutes or so it just spits the paper blank out :s Ive tried to download driver+software for Win 7 from hp.com but it didnt change anything! Any tips?

P.s. Sometimes he prints the topic on top and then the ON/OFF light blinks, and nothing more

    Hi ColdIce and welcome

It is probably as simple as a driver. You need to go to HP and find the most recent driver for it. If it isnt a win 7 driver you can use vista (or xp) drivers if you install them in compatibility mode. To do that you right click the installer>properties>compatibility>choose OS.

Let us know if you need assistance

    do this

unistall the printer driver completely from yur PC....
restart yur system and now connect your Printer..

windows will recognize as new hardware found... and wil ask for driver.. that time choose the option such that it installs from the net direct....

try this option i guess it may work....

before doing this.. uninstall all the drivers yu hav installed for the printer.. evrythn.. :)
