Any computer with the corresponding, 32 or 64 bit, Win7 can make a system repair disc.

If you want System Restore Discs for your HP, go to the website. You can get them there. They charge a minimal charge. HP also installed a "restore" parition on that computer. Read you manual and documentation for assistance in using that restore partition.

Try this advice from Greg Rocker to another person with startup problems.
    -------------------------------------------------------

Now boot back into Windows 7 DVD Repair console, click through to Recovery Tools list to run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times with reboots no matter whether it finds an installation or not. Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times

If Windows 7 won't start, return to the Command Line to type:

    bootrec.exe /fixboot
    bootrec.exe /fixmbr

Now boot back into Repair console to see if it finds an installation to repair, then run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times with reboots.

I diagnose the problem of invalid drive signature not with the help of windows dvd or repair, I used EASEUS Partition Master and it says that the singnature has invalid value. I know how to select the first boot device I know how to boot computer but here non of those are working. When I put windows 7 cd it copies files but then don't go further and stay on that screen forever. I tried to use vista dvd, the same happens with vista dvd. All my dvds are clean and my bluray is rom is totally new. Now I have an idea and I hope this will work. I am downloading linux mint live cd, I hope with the help of that I would fix mbr. But I don't know I will be able to open hex editor in linux. Beside that I have 100 gb important data in the hard drive. I want to transfer that data with the help of linux mint to another HDD. I will keep you guys update. Thanks all for the support.

After three days of tiring search and downloads and burning dvds finally I fixed my pc's hard drive. I hate dynamic disks. I downloaded Ultimate Boot CD 503, this ISO image has every thing which can help fix your computer's hard drive bios and many more. After booting computer with UBCD I went to HDD sections then partition managers. I checked almost every partition manager but lastly Extended Fdisk beta En worked for me. It was showing my HDD is unpartitioned, so when extended fdisk partitioned HDD of my pc in fat32. I ran EASEUS Partition Master and deleted the fat32 partitions and changed it into NTFS. I used EASEUS before too but it was not allowing me to delete partitions because it was dynamic but this time it was easy for EASEUS to delete FAT32 partition. After then I put windows vista cd and when it went to the partition section I deleted those partitions again with vista cd and made partition again with vista. After then I installed windows 7 Home Premium.
I came to know one thing My laptop has Windows 7 Home Premium x64 key written on the bottom but when I want to activate the key online it says my key is invalid. But when I go to phone activation and make call to microsoft, it get activated on the phone when that woman tell me the serials. Don't know why it can't get activated via internet?
