    Solved Motherboard Not Starting Up

Solved: I had just brought a new ASRock InstantBoot motherboard and I built my computer.
When I started it up, the PC speaker did not beep. There is no signal from my monitors and they are plugged in right. I use them on my netbook and they work fine.
My computer is not starting up. I have to hold down the power button for 4 seconds to switch it off. I can't access the BIOS.
I tried removing the RAM, using another PSU and clearing the BIOS.

When you say you tried "removing the RAM" does this mean you tried booting up with just one stick in the right slot? This seems like a prudent move.

If you have tried this, you may test your PSU and test voltages on the board to see if you are getting good voltage.

Double check all your connections again, paying special attention to the front block panel. Also, you should have received a small little speaker that attaches to the board... this is where the "beep" you hear at boot comes from, not your speakers, which won't work until you, or Windows, installs drivers.
