How do I change drive letters in Win 7?

    I have two HDDs installed.
No. 1 is split to two partitions - one for OS and programmes (currently C:) and the second for Data (currently E:).
No. 2 is not partitioned and is used for backups (currently D:).
Its a small point but, logically, D: and E: should be the other way round. Whilst using XP, it was a simple job to change drive letters but I cannot see how to do this in Win 7 Home Premium 64bit.
    Can anyone help please?

Type "compmgmt.msc" in the Start Menu search field, choose disk management.
