I find that unless you are really overclocking something pretty heavily, water cooling is simply unnecessary. I've never considered a water cooling setup at all. Heck, I even overclock (albeit a very modest amount) with my stock cooler and I don't use any more fans than what came with my case.
    Thats also something to consider...
The setup and costs for watercooling far outweighs the benefits if you are only running on stock speeds.

Edit because Lollies bet me to reply:

That is true, plus after reading horror reviews about water cooling leaking and ruining 3-4 components of the computer makes me skeptical. I like the corsair H50 and H70 but even now I'm skeptical about them even though there are a few builds that have one or the other in the "Show Us Your Rig" thread.
Apparently, Corsair will replace damaged components due the 'unlikely' event that their products will fail.

Would the 600T with the H70 CPU cooler be sufficient/fit? I've seen a 50/50 spread of yes and no. I'm pretty sure it will but I just wanna make sure before I order both. Would both be a good replacement to what I already have? If I used the H70 would it be best to use the push/pull method? If so another fan would be required, correct?

Actually, you also have to be CAREFUL with watercooling systems. If you mess with it too much, or not careful with it, you can cause damage to your system. I know of one user who sprung a leak in his system and rusted his system internally.

Water cooling systems are generally for the enthusiasts who know what they are doing versus the normal user type stuff.

Water cooling for just the CPU seems like it would be ok, even though I do not know as much about the hardware aspect as much as others. What do you suggest is a better CPU cooler than my current Thermaltake V1?

Before I order anything I just thought of something. My current power supply has the exhaust out the back and the intake on the bottom (It is mounted on the top back of the case) Would I need a power supply with the intake on the top if it is mounted on the bottom? Seems like a silly question but I don't know the answer.

The only silly question is the one that doesnt get asked.
You can simply just turn the PSU over, so its 'upside down'. It'l still work.

I might just get a Corsair power supply and leave the one I have with the same case its already in.

    How does this sound?

Corsair Graphite Series 600T Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

CORSAIR Hydro H70 CWCH70 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler

    CORSAIR HX Series CMPSU-850HX 850W ATX12V 2.3 / EPS12V 2.91 80 PLUS SILVER Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

    And possibly
    Hanns·G HZ251HPB Black 25" 2ms X-Celerate OD 1080P Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 X-Contrast 15,000:1 DCR (800:1 typical) Built-in Speakers

I'm getting a monitor I just haven't figured out which one out of the 30 I've narrowed it down to.

I'm just making sure I'm not missing anything/it will all go together all right. I don't wanna get everything and see that I missed one little detail or something.

    What say you!...guys?

Anyone have any last minute info or suggestions before I put my order through?

With the 600t case it has its own fan controller but when would a good display for temps and such?

Looks like you have done your research and designed a system that you will be happy with, which is all that really matters. I would however recommend a test run of the water system before placement in the case just in case you do experience some sort of leak. Let us know how it goes and post pictures.

For Temp monitoring and display I use Coretemp application: http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
