How do I find out what specific RAM I have on my computer?

Crucial gave me this information:
Each memory slot can hold DDR2 PC2-5300, DDR2 PC2-6400 with a maximum of 1GB per slot.*

How do I find out exactly what is in my desktop? How do I find out if I have the 5300 or the 6400 and is this ECC or Non-ECC?

If you are not given that specific information, you will have to buy all the ram at once and not mix and match.

It is never good to mix and match in any event.
