its a driver issue and 'action ceter' advises to change the 'device'.
'device.' Doesthat mean a driver or a physical thing?
I have seen BSOD's caused by incompatible Keyboards and mice. If you cannot find keyboard drivers dated July 13, 2009 or later, you should upgrade to a compatible keyboard. The fact that MS says the keyboard is incompatible for Win 7 would indicate that there are no upgraded drivers.
the manafactures have no intentions of producing so far. may be some time in the future
intel advices to use an xpdm generic driver from there downloads. but i cant find my way so far.
any idea "what inte generic driver" is and what to write in the search box
How old is the keyboard? Manufactures had rather sell new keyboards than go the expensive of writing new drivers. MS has generic keyboard drivers; but they may not be compatible with your keyboard. Here is an Intel link I found:
Graphics — Older Intel® graphics controllers and Windows Vista*
All I found were xpdm graphics drivers; but I did not look very long.
A BSOD is a "Blue Screen of Death", a crash. It generates a crash dump file. Read this tutorial for a better explanation, especially the read the information at the bottom of the page: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...en-forums.html
Yes, you need a new keyboard that is compatible with Windows 7.
