Hard Drive about to die, need help!

I've noticed during the past week that my Hard Drive has been making funky noises and refuses to turn on at times. I feel it is getting close to its expiration date and can die on me any day now.

So I have just purchased a new Hard Drive and would like a bit of help on what would be the easiest method to transfer everything on my old drive to the new one. I would really prefer if I didn't have to do a new installation and find ALL the drivers again.

    I am using Windows 7 Pro 64.

What kind of computer do you have.. is it a laptop or desktop? do you have an external drive? If you have a laptop, you'll need a HDD enclosure to move your windows installation to the new HDD.
