    Razer DA FULL CUSTOM

    hey guys,
well previously my friend decided to giv me a really crap death adder and i mean busted up "scroll wheel up or down wont work as well the mouse buttons" the only thing that does work is the laser, anyways i took a look inside and it seems ive got a lot soldering (or however you spell it) to do and find a new scroll wheel and since i wont be able to replace it, is it worth just finiding an old mouse obviously one thats optical or whatever, and replace the chip thats inside of that mouse with the death adder.

im only interested in really the feel of the mouse as currently i am using a microsoft ime 3.0 so i wouldnt be fussed but do you guys reckon it's possible?

sounds like a real abstract thing thou but holidays is coming and i got some spare time. cheers

... In all reality, I have to ask why would you want to use a "really crap death adder"? When its "busted up". Are you referring to the insides or the whole mouse?

Chances of finding the exact scroll wheel used in the mouse as well as the clickers for the buttons for time and parts, it would be cheaper just to buy a new death adder, BTW they are not the best mice now days.

the inside is pretty busted, what other ones would you reccomend ?
if you've seen the inside of a death adder, pretty much one of the big cables snapped itself so yehh dont really need to replace parts, just considering whether or not to change the chip thignyo inside of it.
