Usb Modem in win 7

hi guyz i hv reliance netconnect 1x usb modem.i hv win 7 enterprise.
i am unable to use it. when i install its software zte dialer it it shows error and i am unable to use it.
pls tell me what should i do to use it???

Can you get any updated drivers for the modem or not? Or try compatibility mode and see if that works?

What is the name of your ISP? Many USB modems are no longer supported in Windows 7 due to their manufacturers not providing drivers.

and o pack of usb modem win 7 is marked as supported os..
but its software zte dialer still not working..
i am unable to install it..
any help ...
