Is this JUST on the 10 key? No other problems?

The problems that are still pending have to do with the keyboard. The buttons that are not responding or their response is wrong are f9, left left arrow, 4, 7 and 0. The numeric buttons are located into a separate keypad. Since we tried a lot of solutions I decide to take the laptop into an HP service center. I will update the topic. Thank you all for trying to help me.

    Hi guys,

i took the laptop from HP service center and keyboard has been replaced.
    Everything is ok now.

For a strange reason Ricoh media card reader was not recognised for once more even with the correct drivers installed (from HP website). I installed the drivers again and also this problem solved.

    Thanks for your help!
