Windows 7: can't detect dvd-rw

I'll repeat my earlier request in case you missed it:
Is the problem you are having with just one disc? If so can you try it in another PC to see if there is an issue with the actual disc?

I already try with other pc. Other pc can read the dvd-rw disc but only my pc can't read it.

Have you got the latest driver installed. It is downloadable from here:

There is no download on that site ... they want you to buy PC Matic in order to download your specific driver.
