    Drivers - Need Help!

NOTE: THIS IS NOT FOR 7, ITS A QUESTION FOR XP
Im hoping someone here can help me, I just did a clean install with Windows XP on an old PC and it deleted the drivers too. I can't access the internet or anything on the computer and its basically useless. Am I just screwed forever or can I fix it? I have been to the computer manufactures website but the drivers there arnt helping much.

    Its a Toshiba Satellite M55-S135

    You tried the one here,

    Model Content Page

Select XP SP3 and then LAN, and there is one for the wi-fi and one Marvell LAN driver.

You may try Intel website and their latest chipset driver. Otherwise....

I built a XP installation USB thumb drive from my genuine XP CD, it bundled with almost all latest XP patches and latest XP drivers, this XP installation USB drive will auto-install, auto-patch & auto select/load drivers. Tried on several old+new PC, so far >90% drivers successfully auto-installed, except some old modem, old audio chip & multi-card reader driver need to manual install. So I have no worry about any manufacturer not providing or discontinue their drivers for XP especially Compaq & HP. Have not try on i5 & i7, but i find no reason to install XP on these machines.

Patience is the key to build it, using nLite to slipstream latest xp patches, driverpacks and USB booting tool. If you are interested, visit diverpacks.net. FYI, you need a XP machine for nLite.

Which drivers are not working, specifically?

I take it you have keyboard and mouse function?

Can I safely assume you are downloading drivers to CD and installing?
