    Dell ST2410 monitor makes my Alienware M17X crash


    Dear All,

    When I try to use both the monitors ( the one in the laptop and ST2410 ) with extended display my computer crashes with bluescreen. This was never a problem when I was using ST2010 monitor. I could use both the screens. I have downloaded and installed the device driver too. I m using HDMI. I am using Windows 7 64bit Home Premium in Alienware M17X. My laptop has 2 NVIDIA Geforce GTX 260M graphics card. Does anyone know what the problem is?

    The only difference is the monitor? Same pc, same operating system?

    Yes please, everything is the same. I have downloaded n installed the device driver from dell.com for this ST2410
