    Scrolling with the mouse

I find that I can scroll with the mouse wheel in some programs and not others.
For instance in Google I can scroll through the articles no bother.
Here in the forum scrolling is no bother.
If I go into Word no joy, I have to use the scroll bar.

I would like to know if this is a fault of the mouse or the progamme I am using.

    Thanks

I have MS Office and Word. I can scroll in Word with no problem. I would suggest borrowing a mouse and try it. You may need a new mouse. Make sure mouse drivers are up to date and functioning properly.

If it scrolls in some programs but not others, it is not the mouse. I would suspect either the mouse program, if installed, or a setting in Word - such as Options > Advanced > Use smart cursoring is disabled.

Did it ever work? Have you made any recent changes?

    Hmmm, I can't find that number. There is a M/N YU-RJ21-RT7R05-V:5XTW.

Set your location then look for your model number and download and install the latest software for it.

I went into the logitech website entered the model number and it was not recongnised.
I also tried the Auto Recognise function still no joy.
I brought this keyboard and mouse back from Canada, I wonder if that has anything to do with the no recognition.
