Generally you want the any front/side fans as intake, with any top/rear fans blowing out.
rmw020,
Looking at details on your new case it appears it comes with two fans and has an optional top. bottom and two side fan mounts. Is that what you understand?
I have learned a valuable lesson which you may or may not want to implement. I've found that standard case fans are rather cheap and tend to be very noisy and as you are considering optional fans you may find a deal on 4 or 5 high quality case fans like Noctura's or Akasa's and the like. As mentioned before please draw cool air from the bottom and front of the case and exhaust it out the top and or back of case. Special consideration to the optional side fans. If you use a H50 or H70 water cooler you may have ample clearance for the side top fan which would blow on the cpu and memory moduals. The lower optional side fan will provide great cool air flow for your single or SLI gpu's.
The added advantage with quality fans is that they fun wide open so quietly that you will be freed up as to which if any fans need to be controlled by the fan controller. Noctura's also come with two step down resistor connectors to reduce fan speed if needed.
I have two top fans, one above the cpu as intake and the one above the Ram modules as intake, could i reverse the one above the Ram modules as Exhaust to keep those babies cool.???
That's the great thing about fans they work well both ways. I would say yes as there is a lot of theory on negative and positive case pressure. Try it out and if your not happy with that it's easy to swap it around. Are you going to OC your CPU and Ram?
