Everthing but the supply looks ok! I wouldn't count much on Rosewill as far as supplies. A good supply in wattage range typically runs over $90-$140 to start with. Presently newegg has a nice Corsair 650HX to consider. Newegg.com - CORSAIR HX Series CMPSU-650HX 650W ATX12V v2.2 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

    Presently I'm running the Phenom II X4 965 Deneb core model seen at Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ965FBGMBOX

The first hsf that kept the temps down was simply too big and faced downward in the case. Once the memory had to be replaced the heat shield risers on the new memory stuck up and ended up lifting the side of the first Zalman model. Newegg.com - ZALMAN CNPS10X Extreme 120mm CPU Cooler with Worlds first PWM Fan Speed Controller

The all copper replacement that dropped right down inplace and faces toward the rear exhaust doesn't offer the same amount of cooling. Newegg.com - ZALMAN CNPS9900ALED 120mm 2 Ball Low-noise Blue LED CPU Cooler

For the hex core not the quad model you will need to look over what will work the best for that.

If you want to save some money, I would recommend the X4 as 6 cores won't get you much better performance in many applications as of right now but if you want to be ready for future applications that take advantage of more cores, you can't go wrong with the X6.

Apart from that, everything else you choose looks just fine. Good price on the power supply you picked too at 630W. Should provide good performance for what you're getting now.

One thing learned here was never to short change on the supplies you run. Price is the actual last thing to look at with supplies as a rule. Quality, enougn amps on the rails, etc. until you find a model and price that for the better deals.
