How to format a former Mac OS disk in Windows 7?

I have a external drive that contains what was once my MacBook Pro system disk. I want to format it to use it in Windows as a backup drive. How do I do this?

In disk management tools, it shows up as having one EFI System Partition, one Primary Partition, and one 128MB unallocated portion. The disk is a 250GB. How do I wipe the whole thing and turn it into one big NTFS partition?

Assuming you don't care about the dad=ta on the drive... In disk management, right click on each of the partitions and delete them. Then when empty right click the empty space and create a new ntfs partition and format it :)

And if you do, try Macdrive (you can use the free trial).

Mac OS Journel not always show in disk management, it shows a blank space or even it shows it cant be formatted in majority of the cases under Windows 7 environment.
