i just did a quick scan in malwarebytes and 2 virus found i'll show you in image below. so do i just press Remove selected? is this the virus that causing all this problem?
Ye, just click remove selected and then run SuperAnti Spyware.
hmm i dont have superanti spyware that program cost money

hmm i dont have superanti spyware that program cost money
There is a free version - SUPERAntiSpyware.com | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!

Click on the red square saying free edition.

SIGH sad news its still the same i did the full complete scan a few virus not dangerous but still doesnt fix the problem...

is there any other way?
