What is better for me? 32 or 64 bit

Since you have 3 GB of DDR3 now you probably have 3 slots filled and 3 left open on your mobo... just save up at a later time and buy 3 matched sticks. The good news is RAM keeps getting faster and less expensive!
By the way, please fill in your system specs.
Most likely he has 4 slots and 3 of them are used, if not all 4.

Thanks for your reply.
My system specs has been updated.
I only have 2 memory slots it can hold up to 8gb seems that the motherborder is not that good?...
And btw my pc performance has passed the upgrade advisor test.
Thanks!

8 gigs of ram should be plenty if you decide to add it.

Im confused... in original post you stated you had 3GB RAM...???

Zepher... since he originally said he had 3 GB and he claimed he used DDR3 is why I said what I said... but OP has changed his story to now only having 1GB...???

I'm sorry but I didn't said that I have 1gb of ram, I have total 3gb, on my system specs I wrote "Memory 2GB, 1GB DDR3" 1 slot has 2gb and the other one has 1gb.

no mate, really I didn't change anything since my last post (4hours ago).
Maybe you didn't focus :)

Sounds like later down the road you can pull the 1gb ram and drop a 4gb stick in and call it a day. 64 bit is still the way to go even though at this exact moment with 3gb ram you could make a good case for 32bit. I would work towards 6-8gb and you can even use Ready Boost and get a nice cheap performance jump.

Perhaps, but I coulda sworn it did... no worries!
As said before you should go with 64 bit as most driver issues people had with other 64 bit OS's are solved now! It leaves you with the best upgrade path for more RAM later on down the road!
