Keep the 64-bit version, it's simply pointless to revert to 32-bit when your hardware is more than capable of handling x64, it'll futureproof your system by allowing it to utlize even more RAM if you ever decide to add more memory.

You have only 3 GB RAM and with no graphics card a portion of which may be required for the video system (no way to tell from the screenshot). Generally for a new install a 32 bit OS would thus be preferred. Of course there are exceptions.

But you currently have 64 bit installed. Changing to 32 bit would require a clean install of the OS and all applications. Such a change may be more trouble than it is worth.

Keep it 64 bit, there is no reason to change

    Add more memory :)

what is the bit of your processor? It should be either 32 or 64. You can run 32 bit on either, but you cannot run a 64 bit OS on a 32bit CPU.
