    Monitor Panel went Bad :(

I bought this 28" I-Inc monitor July 30th from TigerDirect.

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend it started going bad
Black ink-like color oozing up from the bottom & then on the left side.

I called the warranty service number. They said to email them pics & a copy of my purchase invoice. I did. They sent me a RMA authorization number, but I had to pay shipping So I finally got it shipped Wed. afternoon.
Amazing, I got an email Friday night, saying they had replaced the panel & were shipping it back already. Now that is good fast warranty repair service :)

Tiger direct is pretty top notch, I bought my first and second LCD from them. That's some great turnaround, it's good to hear the positives as well as negatives sometimes I know, I hate paying for shipping for defective products. FEDEX charged me $20 to ship a motherboard to ASUS.

I would like to have the sellers FedEx or UPS bulk shipping discounts at least. They get huge volume breaks and we pay full bore !

I've got two 19 inch 4:3 normal aspect ratio I-Inc monitors on my daily user here. I'm trying remember how long I've had them, its been at least a couple of years. Both bought at TigerDirect. I've ordered many parts from them over the years and can't complain. It sucks when you get a dud like that, but that happens sometimes. You just hope they are few and far between.
