Au contraire on the palm rest. It's got one and as it's so slim and low to the desk it doesn't need a big padded rest. You need a padded rest because most keyboards are an inch plus off the desk. Like any change it takes a little time to adjust but I've never typed so easily and with such speed and accuracy. And believe me I need this help !

So true, all my keyboard are pivot 1" off my keyboard try. I cannot type with the keyboard laying perfectly straight, with the Logitech Wave I sometimes go 1.5" (the second pivot setting).

Anyhow, that's a really neat keyboard. If I had the money and truly have interest for keyboards, I'm not sure which if the 4 keyboards I would buy.

All good just watch for the one that hits the discount bin first. I bought the illuminated board when it was on sale with free delivery. Just watch J&R, TigerDirect, NewEgg and the like !

I actually have both a Logitech and Microsoft KB/Mouse combo.....

Microsoft combo - Wireless Laser Desktop 6000 - The Microsoft keyboard is sexy, but sit a little to low to the desk. It feels ackward using it after I've been using the Logitech Wave all day because of it's low profile. The mouse is meh.

Logitech - Wireless Keyboard K350 with this Logitech Mouse - Performance Mouse MX

With my Logitech combo, I love the keyboard as it sits a little higher than Microsofts, though I do like the look of their keyboard.

With regards to the Logitech mouse, it's all about functionality and MX Performance has it, the one accompanying the Desktop 6000 is basic.

Anyways for years all I ever used were Microsoft's keyboards.... until Logitech released their Wave keyboard. One the mouse side of the house all I've ever used were Logitech.

With that I would say Microsoft for Keyboards (unless you get the Logitech Wave), Logitech for Mice.

My two cents.

This is most probably a stupid question and very easy to solve too i guess but for the life of me i can't figure out how to turn on the gaming keys. The only way i can turn them on at the moment is by going into the Keyboard Profiler software that came with it. Surley these buttons should...

Logitech Illuminated Keyboard
Just wanted to mention I bought one of these because I often work in low light conditions - and the illumination is really very decent. However, the keys are abysmal, they're not uniform in terms of the pressure needed to depress them, some make tinny rattle-like noises, some are near silent,...
