You do not currently have an ATX board, but a micro-ATX. Make sure you get either a micro-ATX replacement, or that a larger ATX MB will fit your case.
btw, socket 775 is the pin-out that your processor uses. You must match the processor pin-out to the motherboard socket. CPUs come in all shapes, sizes and pin-outs.

yea i saw it s discontinued at newgegg.
I found an available one at eBay.
Also i jst checked at the windows 7 Computability website and its compatible with windows seven 32 bit.
I'm going to go ahead and buy it and give it a try.
Any recommendations besides drivers?
