Look for 775 socket MB at newegg and look at the reviews.

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware,Motherboards,Intel Motherboards,LGA 775

You'll find many for under $50. Just make sure they are compatible with your case, memory, etc.

If your video, audio and Network Interface Controller are built in on the old board you'll either want a new board with those same features built in, or you'll have to buy them separately for more money. Getting them separate probably means better quality, but you'll pay for it.

Here's m-ATX, Socket 775, Sorted by highest rating, filtered for you at Newegg.

onboard means that those functions built into the motherboard itself. Therefore, not having to go buy discrete cards for each of those areas.

After looking closer you will want to make sure the motherboard(s) you're interested in does have onboard:
Video
Audio
