my bios screen is way off centered.

    Usually, that is done with the monitor controls : for example, when in BIOS use the monitor controsl to resize and move the image around.

    Once in Windows, you might want to update the dsiplay drivers if they aren't already. I notce its an onboard Nvidia, so you might be able to go to the NVidia control panel and rezise and position there too. In fact, try that first before anything else.

    i figured it out. i kept pressing the auto button on my monitor everytime i restarted my computer and it finally reset it back to normal. thank you so much i sent you some rep for helping me resolve this. is there a way to delete a tread thats resolved?

    No worries - happy to help.

    Don't delete the thread, simply click the exclamation mark (top right of your original post), and in the box type 'SOLVED'. The moderators will mark it as solved which means its easier for people with the same/similar issue to see that the problems is solved, and perhaps make it a little bit easier for them:)
