You had 27 bad sectors that Checkdisk has marked as bad. They are now locked out and will not be written to. Data, if any, that was in those clusters is most likely lost. It is possible that those bad clusters contained a portion of the registry, albeit a small portion, 212 KB, and that could be the reason for your registry error code. Check Disk repaired a number of file errors and cleaned up your file system.

A few bad sectors on a hard drive is not unusual. On the other hand, if these have just started popping up, it could indicate that your hard drive is beginning to fail. How old is your hard drive? Have you ever run Check Disk before? I suggest that you run it every two or three months and pay particular attention to bad sectors. If more of these pop up, replace the hard drive.

Can you restore the registry? If you can, now is a good time since the bad sectors will not interfere. I would try that before doing a reinstall. Let us know what you decide. If you decide to reinstall, follow Rich's guidance.

Carlos, I agree with Rich 100%. MSE and Malwarebytes will give you ample protection. You can also try Avast. It works well with Win 7.

Without a registry backup, I agree that a reinstall is your best choice. But I would invest in a new hard drive first. For backing up the registry, Brink, one of the Admins here, has written an excellent tutorial: Registry - Backup and Restore. This is a good thing to do on a routine basis. I also suggest that you image your system to an external hard drive. Macrium Reflect (free) is a good imaging program. Imaging with free Macrium. I use it.
