    Toshiba bios wont load????

Hey all. I am fairly well with computers, but this one has me stumped.

My toshiba satellite l455 laptop running windows 7 home premium 64 bit turns on (i can see all the lights blinking) but nothing appears on the screen. It is just black.

    Here is what happened.

The left clicker on the trackpad broke off and slid under the computer (where the motherboard is etc...).This happened while windows was running. Then the screen went bezerk and random colors started flashing across the screen. So i turned it off, put the left mouse part back in place, but now when i turn it on i just see the blinking lights that indicate wifi, the computer is charging etc.... but the screen does not load. Just a plain black screen.

And what really sucks is 2 weeks ago i just purchased a new hard drive because the old one was broken. It was like 60 bucks.

The computer has good hardware (250 gb hdd, 4 gb ram etc...) and i dont want it all to go to waste. The computer is also fairly new.

Does anyone know what i can do to fix this???

If no beeps self test failed...or never started/
If any other write down the number of beeps/

That is not good....You have a hardware problem, most likely a motherboard....does the computer have a warranty?

You dont think so? May of last year? Typically they have a 1 year warranty parts and labor. Its jan so if you bought it in may of last year may of this year would be 1 year. So check see if its under warranty, Grab your serial # or Model # and click bellow. Lets us know whats going on :)

Unless you have done something to void the warranty I would use the link Tony provided and find out....if you have voided the warranty...I would suggest a "local" repair shop (not Best Buy).
