some keys locked

My dougther was watching videos on my laptop (Toshiba with Windows 7 home 32 bit) and she managed to lock some of the keys. The keys W, B, H, K, N, Enter, Backspace, and so on. I restarted it, and use 'on screen keyboard' to try to see the setup and it looks OK.
I really need any information you think is helpful.

Try a System Restore to before she was playing with the keys. Method One.

This should take care of it.
