I have the Black Pi series as well :)
But mine are an older design I think. I cant even find them on NewEgg anymore.
Even clicking the link in my purchase history brings me to the same design as the ones you linked.
Mine have the shorter Heatsinks, and are apparently discontinued.
Still, very good RAM IMHO.

May I make a suggestion first.
1) Pick your mobo first and then find the ram and other component models that they've tested and approved. This will save you the grief of having to return opened items that don't function well or eat them.
2) Buy more case and more PSU then you think you need, your building a high end system and unless restricted by space to a mid tower look for a full tower for upgrading and cooling.
3) Look to the premium PSU makers and only use modular designs. If you intended to go SLi pr Crossfire then 1000+ watts and even if you don't plan two GPU's then it would still be monies well spent....imho.
4) Factor in quality fans for every hole in the case and run them off the PSU as much as possible, I like Noctua's.
5) Look to go with a sealed water cooler like Corsair's H70 or Cool-it's fine sealed systems.
6) Order top grade thermal compound and remove the pre-installed paste that comes with the above coolers. Artic Silver is excellent as are others and Artic sell a great kit for paste removal and surface cleaner, get both.
7) Think through the cables needed as much as possible and order extensions and other cables to make the install go smoothly, check out the cool new NZXT brand of extension and adapter cables.....way cool!
8) Think about one BR drive and one DVD drive as it's nice to have two opticals.
9) Think about a central fan controller some of the new ones are PWM designed and can all be controlled manually or off the CPU temps....very cool.
10) Internal multi-all in one card reader, this is one of my most used items for picture and movie transfer.
That's it for now but I'm sure there's more. The first build version Ver. 1.0 will be just that and as you realize options for cable routing and other aspects you're likely to be back in the case often, buy the best case you can afford and you'll buy it once!

PS: What cooling extras do you recommend?
Unless you plan to add a lot more hardware, that PSU is overkill. An 850 would be more than enough.
Unless you start overclocking, you probably don't need more cooling. I use the stock coolers on my CPU and the standard case fans and my temps are no problems at all...even with a small overclock.
I would assume you will in time OC to some degree right from the start or don't spend the extra for the K processor!
I would stay with the larger PSU for a few extra dollars it well worth it and it future proofs the build. Cooling is cheap as is the stock cooler, toss it away or sell it. Why run hot or have extra noise when it gets a little dusty. This isn't a budget build.

I still don't understand why the p67 can't run triple channel?
So i can't use 4x2GB Sticks, or 3x2 GBs? Or even 6x2 GB like i was using?
I can only use 2x?
And also, whats better, memory size or speed?

Depends what you will be using the machine for.
Lots of Virtual Machines, very Heavy Photoshop and HD Video encoding will all benefit from the quantity of RAM, more so than speed.
Most everything else, gaming included, will not see much benefit from large amounts of RAM.
4GB will usually be fine for most everyone.
Or even up to 8GB if you want to cover all a basis (2x4GB set)
Anything beyond 8GB IMHO is a complete waste, unless of course you are using lots of VMs or something along that line that can really use it.
Even 8GB is just a little bit Overkill.
In terms of speed, I doubt there would be much of any measurable difference in your 2 examples in terms of Gaming. Not that you would be able to immediatly notice that is.
I would say go with either a 4GB kit (2x2Gb) or a 8GB kit (2x4GB) at DDR3 1600 or 1866. This should be more than sufficient I think.
Dual channel can use 4 sticks. It can use multiples of 2. 4GB is probably enough, 8GB or more is only required in certain scenarios.
