    HP Printer Problem

We have this printer in work, it is set up on the network. found it ok, that was not a problem.

HP LaserJet M2727nf Review - Multifunction Devices - CNET Reviews

Problem is that it will only print from tray one, have changed the setting so that we can have headed paper in tray two but the settings will not save. when we go out of settings and try to print from tray two it still only prints from tray one. then check the settings again to find they are set back to default everytime. also we have to manualy press ok and the printer before it even prints anything.

hp support id terrible, no help at all!

anyone know anything i can try to fix???

I am fairly certain that you will need to uninstall the printer drivers (and any other related software). Boot the machine. Re-install the most current printer drivers.

You are possibly dealing with a file version conflict with one the files in the driver set.

Be absolutely certain that you do not allow Windows to automatically install the driver.
