    Windows doesnt recognize usb device

    Hi

Windows doesnt recognize my joypad but it used to recognize it earlier. I tried with changing slots but nothing seems to work. I also had problems that my other usb devices (mouse, keyboard etc.) stopped working but with just moving out/in cables they are working again but this joypad . I dont know about drivers but if it used to work earlier (week , two ago) then i suppose its not about drivers.
If its important joypad is Gembird JPD FFB.

    Any help i would appreciate.

If it is a driver issue the English page translated for the download is at Google Translate

Note the Systems Requirements are Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP/Vista so I would suggest trying it in Compatibility Mode in either Vista SP2 or XP SP3 it appears to be quite old.

Your other option is to revert back to a time you are sure it was working say 3 weeks and 2 or 3 days ago, this will either get it operational again and allow you to figure out what update may have caused it to stop working.

You could also look back in the System Event Logs and see if anything about the joypad is in it as either an Error or Critical event, last but not least it could be it finally has given up the ghost.

I installed drivers from that site but nothing appears . Still windows cant recognize device, even i dont get any message when i put in joypad like its dead. Joypad gets power but isnt recognized by windows. I also tried to revert back but it didnt help.

I am not an expert but for me it seems that its about USB ports or something like that because my other devices stopped working as well . The only difference is that i just moved out/in cables and they worked again but my joypad failed.

    Any other tip ?
